2015 Nissan Sentra Earns Top Compact Car In J.D. Power 2015 Initial Quality Study
The 2015 Nissan Sentra has just a been named the number one Compact Car in the 2015 J.D. Power Initial Quality Study℠ (IQS) as well as earning an IIHS “Top Safety Pick” earlier in the year.
The initial quality study determines its results on feedback received from over 84,000 purchasers and lessees after owning the vehicle for 90 days. Initial quality is assessed based upon how many problems were experienced per 100 vehicles. The lower the score, the higher the quality. The results were collected from February 2015 to May 2015.

The clean, refreshing, and precise look embodies the Sentra’s more “professional” feel, aimed at consumers who’d like to drive a higher standard of vehicles than what’s usually available in it’s class. The wraparound headlights with LED accents and LED taillights paired with Nissan’s classic trapezoid-shaped grille add a nice touch.
The interior only carries on the precise look and feel of the exterior through using materials not commonly found in compact cars. This includes features like a soft-touch instrument panel and door armrests, and available maple-wood-tone trim paired with leather-appointed seats. With a 1.8L 4-cylinder engine, the Sentra FE + S model can achieve up to 30mpg city/40 mpg highway and 34 mpg combined, allowing for a driving range over 415 miles.
