Automotive News Recognizes Three Nissan Female Executives

Three top executive women from Nissan were recently added to the Automotive News 2015 “100 Leading Women in the North American Auto Industry” list. Detroit Rebecca Barker Vest, Diane Allen, Sonia Rief were all honored at the publication’s gala celebration at the Max M. and Marjorie S. Fisher Music Center Monday.

These highly recognized women oversee and or fill the following positions for Nissan North America (NNA) – VP of Purchasing, Senior Design Manager, Director of Vehicle Program Management as well as regional chief vehicle engineer for the Nissan Rogue.

“We are honored and humbled to have inspiring, thought-provoking women like Diane, Sonia and Rebecca within the Nissan family. These women are outstanding examples for the next generation of female corporate leaders to look up to.” Stated José Muñoz, stated executive vice president, Nissan Motor Co., Ltd., and chairman, Nissan North America.
